J-Model seat mod

Has anyone out there in 'Gull-Land' had a problem with the seat in a
J-Model?

Fortuneately I am not too tall, at only 5'10", and have no problem with
legroom, However, I do have a problem with the way the seat 'lays back',
into what nearly seems like a semi-reclining position. I always have to
hold my head up, and the shoulder harness keeps pushing on the back of my
head.

I tried putting in some trial wedges under the armrests, in an attempt to
tilt the seat a little forward, but then had a harder time getting in, and
pulling the flap handle, because it pushed me up and forward.

Has anyone had a similar problem (or is it my imagination), and found a
workable fix? A different seat, or different configuration of the original?
Anything?

I'd sure like to hear back on this,
