Gull vs: Titian
In review of some conversation on comparing the Gull and Titan., both good aircraft
I know they are much alike, and your stories about the similarities are correct.
However there is one major difference between the two aircraft, and that is
the resale values. The Titian's are readily available, my friend over in
Omaha had his two year old single place Titian on the market, finally sold
it for $15,000, it was one sharp finished plane with the Rotax 503, less
than 100 hours, my son in Oklahoma had a similar experience three years
ago, he had the two place he got only 15,500, it was less than a year
old, and beautifully constructed.by a professional A&P, again the 503
My 1995 Gull JT2 will probably sell for 21,000,

Reminds me of comparing the Harley, with Honda, both good bikes but only the Harley holds its resale value

Re: Gull vs: Titian
Thank you bringing the resale value issue up, Larry. I had never
thought about that very much, and especially in that light. I like
your motorcyle analogy too. :-)
