Thundergull J2 with HKS for sale?

Someone asked about TGull J2 models for sale with an HKS engine. I have 2 and am considering selling one. I am in SoCal at Corona airport. The one I may be interested in selling had a 503 Rotax and it has been removed. It was a flyer before the engine was removed. The HKS could either be a 5 hour one or a 250 hour one (would be priced accordingly). The build is very good. It would need some work to install the HKS and a couple other small things. It has a 24 foot metal and fabric wing and premium wheels. I would rate it a solid 8 for condition. It would be in the $16-18k range depending on the motor. Interest?
