Respected aviation attorney CFI with over 6000 hrs.SAID TO ME on 7/3/14

If you are found to be operating as a part 103 and NOT! in compliance;you are subject to a one thousand dollar civil penalty for every! flight you ever made while not in compliance that can be proven.
Might there be somebody who doesn't like you?hmmmm? poopsy.
