Setting up for a new trip

Well gang, since it is a little slow at the moment I thought I'd
share what my next little cross country was going to be.

I am planning to fly to San Antonio, TX starting next Friday
morning , early, well actually very very early - I plan to leave
Thomasville, GA and be in the air by sunrise and will try a speed run
to San Antonio to see if I can get there in one day (@ 906 mi). If
the weather cooperates I could be getting in close to sunset. We'll
see. I will have my camping gear with me of course, just incase I
get distracted which I have a tendancey to do. I will play around
that area for the week and head back around Thursday or so stopping
in at the Lucedale, Ms fly-in by Friday on the way back and will stay
there until Sunday morning. Actually I think the official name is
the "Shane Smith Memorial Ocktoberfest Fly-in", but thats just too
big a mouthful for me. Of course with all planning and weather
possibilities this is flexible
