Thundergull for sale in Kamloops

I found a Thundergull single seat w 20ft wing for sale in Kamloops, B.C. The guy is selling for his friends widow. It has a 503 and electric pitch changing IVO prop. 16,000 CDN dollars but I think they might take 9000 USD. ITs on the Thompson Valley sport flying club Kamloops, B.C.

Also Bob Brasher is selling a 24ft wing Thundergull JT, (no back seat, no rear seat controls ) for his friend. It was on Barnstormers. 12K, has a low time 503


Bob also has a Thundergull project, no engine, but the wing (24?28?ft) started and the fuselage on gear, some work finished, in Philadelphia,not sure of the price, he wants to sell it and fix up his house. He has another plane to fly right now....609-351-9441

Just a heads up to any Canadians who who might be interested in the J in Kamloops. A quick check of the N number shows it is still registered to a Harry Fisher in Philadelphia. It cannot be registered in Canada until it is de registered with the FAA in the US by him.

Seems like that N number for Harry's Thunder Gull has to be bogus.. Harry's J model is located at Pemberton airfield in Pemberton NJ.. 3NJ1,, it was factory built by Mark,, and it is for sale,, short wing, about 15 yrs old.. 2 owners, always hangered, low hours the last 4 or 5 yrs.. Harry is my wingman and is over 70 and making to many mistakes to keep flying.. though he has never had a hard landing.. the 503 is low time.. had a cold seizure two years ago..less than 100 hrs since new piston but no accountability the old guy is dangerous with record keeping.. I can vouch on the aircraft condition an hours as I am his wingman,, and he didn't do any long cross countries with out me. replaced piston with Rotax factory parts and seals.. runs great.. EIS for engine functions, just rebuilt by Grand Rapids, airspeed indicator,,b box 3 blade prop that Mark recommends,, ceramic coated exhaust, silver color dual carb.. 10K or best offer

After looking closely at the photos, the one with the front wheel on the ground is not the same aircraft as the other 3 photos.

They are different airplanes. The one in Kamloops is not registered....it is flown as an ultralight in Canada...no N number...



The other airplane is Harry ? Bob Brashers friend. IT is a legit " N" registered airplane......

Bob Brasher also has a nice looking long wing ThunderGull J about 1/2 finished.....
