Have someone move the tail up and down enough to get the flex to happen. You need to be in the back compartment (while at least your eyes) under the engine area. Here are three pictures showing areas that you can check for possible movement. Look at the y tube coming down into the tail boom, check both bottom and top welds. If a weld here showed a crack you may get flex when pushing down on the tail.
