Yes, Roger Federer's express intake and workout came in the papers today. Breakfast, muesli, eggs, banana; lunch, "rosti" & "raclette", which are swiss national dish; and a good dinner. rosti's like grated potatoes in a frying pan; raclette's bit like fondue, cheese is melted in a couplette and scraped off from the unmelted part. Guess the IHOP breakfast has some rosti as a side dish. Also liked some olympic swimmers super breakfasts, yet to get some of the ingredients. Got to triple my cheese intake and go easy on the coconut/pineapple+apple+orange a day regimen this month. Tell me more...
