Bills HKS Turbo on a Gull 2000

I saw a Gull 2000 with a HKS Turbo on it on youtube.
It was flying out of Marks place, it was a really nice set up. Do any of you guys know him? I think his name is Bill.
Here is my hope. I hope that he can be convinced in joining our group so that we can get his first hand experience of flying the Turbo.
There are a lot of questions that would be very useful to be answered on that engine.
