Sorry to take up the bandwidth, but I found this
interesting picture of an Earthstar Gull and
article on the web. The website is devoted to
all kinds of *Weird Aircraft *, and is very unusual &
interesting. This should be of interest to my 'Weird'
friends & neighbors, Ernie & Dennis.

You can see that the wings have the same span
(well, that is what I think to see on the picture).
The connection between both wings should enhance
the rigidity of the design. But I have no clue about its stability.

I think I am too old to understand this one - It went right over my
head. Do you have to see the picture to get the connection to the
website?

No Jim, I don't know what may have happened, but
there was a shortcut to the website in my
original message. Others have been able to
click on it and connect to the site. Just in case
you got shorted here is the shortcut again. Just click on it & enjoy.

The shortcut worked this time. Don't know why it didn't before.
There is some different stuff on that site for sure.
