Hi Mark,
how about this mountainsmith 5oz! recliner seat for the gulls? looks reuseable after landing, how much weight could one save for two seats?
just to recap,
a. standard seat, #?
b. covell aluminum bomber seat ~1.5# (<2#)
c. mountainsmith 5oz recliner seat
d. diy paracord webby recliner seat
maybe i could make one even lighter then, looking at mountainsmith.
