would the eGull and other (hybrid) plugins be candidates for federal rebates?

wonder if the income tax credit for plugin hybrid cars is now a simple cash rebate; seems to be vary by car model dependent on the battery size, that true?

Hi, federal rebate. No that is for approved vehicles and the approval process is expensive.
