Wondering how much fabric, glue, tape etc will be required for my 28 ft egull. Not sure what lead time is required so want to be abe to order it soon if necessary. I will be using U600 everywhere but, as Martin did, 6000 for the stabilator. I think he only used tape on the forward edge of the wing panels.

So what do you recommend for material quantities, allowing for the occasional screwup? Lessons learned?

Just use your tape measure and figure out the quantities. Not easy to screw
up, but a little extra is good. I am traveling in NM right now and cannot
get to my worksheet. affirmative on the tape. I needed well less than 1
liter of glue.

I think it comes in only one width, 70mm or so.

The tape comes with adhesive, and that works Ok on fabric, but i had to do
mine over after adding more glue on the aluminum.

So, over aluminum the taping procedure is different than over fabric?

Yes. Rough the aluminum after masking, clean, and apply thin layer of glue.
When dry, position tape and tack with masking tape in a few places, then
activate glue.
Good idea to test all this with a few scrap pieces.
Per Mark's recommendation, I applied a few large head aluminum rivets to
prevent catastrophic delamination. After 3 seasons, I do not see any
lifting.

Martin, I believe you ordered 2 liters of of adhesive. Did you have much left over, i.e. is that the amount you recommend to order?

Yes, I ordered 2 liters, but needed only 0.6. Had to toss the rest due to
shelf life.

Changed my order to 1 liter.
