Mark is thinking this might work well...

After he repaints my aircraft, we are thinking of coating it with this
slick coating, bugs and stuff just fall off and perhaps it will be slicker
through the air. Plan to put it over the plexiglass, which might mean it
will act as a rainguard. Also protects against corrosion.

Would that stuff keep polished aluminium fro tarnishing?
It would be a gold mine if it did.

the slickest possible plane. If it reduces my airplane's equivalent flat
plate drag area by 5%, I'd be in heaven :).
