More like a dove's explosive takeoff as electrics go, than a screaming angel ;-). Mark's property is pretty amazing, more like a plateau

er, as a hilltop flatland i mean, property like that must have a good story behind it, like competition during the last Californian gold rush or much earlier before it became part of the Beierle family..
hope the grounds are clear of stick-tights&burs, hilly areas in these parts are strewn with them.
Happy holidays!

Mark,
In the video you were using a larger motor that didn't have gear reduction or belt drive. More details?
Thanks,

Hi
This property was homesteaded in the 1850s as a retirement
Spot. The well was hand dug at that time and is 26 feet deep and
5 feet in diameter. We put in the runway in 85 and the shop.
No gold here.
But the name Earthstar comes from an edible puffball mushroom
That grows here after a big rain.
It's tasty.
No stickers till summer but just little ones and almost No muskitos.
Happy Flying

Maaark,
No wonder it's got that feel, Awesome! Grandpa's (mom's dad) property is similar, three wells, the old one is big ~15' in diameter, and a small seasonal river that last flowed when i was a child. there's a big aquifer under ground
Mushrooms & Earthstar! that be an amazing word root. i do mushrooms & peas with a tamarind chutney loaded with cloves, black pepper 'n dried ginger.. folks go for another helping of the veggies alone after having lunch
Happy New Year,
rc
