Fuel Lines

Just wondering.
If a person wanted to spend the money, why not skip the plastic tubing all together and use Aero Quip or Russell fuel lines.Ga airplanes use these types of lines don't they. Jet etc.

You ever worked with this stuff? If you had you would understand why nobody
in our ultralight industry uses it.

Actually I have made up a lot of lines for my custom cars and bikes.
There is a technic and but if you are not careful those stainless filaments can go into your figures pretty deep.
So there is no reason we shouldn't use it, but its just a pain is what you are saying.
