Just so I don't miss your terms here, Are you saying the 80 hp HKS turbo has more climb out power than a 100hp 912s in climb out?

For the same weight, and assuming the same propeller efficiency, only the NET horsepower counts.
At lower altitudes and temperatures the 912S out climbs the turbo HKS.
At higher altitudes and temperatures, the turbo beats the 912s
Weight, drag and propeller efficiency will be better most probably with the turbo

If you don't mind could you give me a ball park price from you what the following would currently cost. (just a ball park amount is Ok I wouldn't hold you to it. I just want to know what kind of money I would need to pull together)
HKS turbo with all necessary components.
Your suggested prop.
