Hi, Fred. Where did you find out about this? I have not been able to find it anywhere.

No, I still have the 10 gallon that came with it. I’m not a big fan of the Titan tanks as they are not flat on the bottom but have extensions on each side that go along side of the fuselage boom tube, which requires cross-over plumbing. If I was going to do a bigger tank, I would just make it taller, but for now I’m happy with what I have for my kind of flying, 45 minutes out and 45 minutes back with about 30 reserve, planning at 5 gph. I have an on-board fuel flow reading on the Grand Rapids EIS, and at cruise I see 4.2-4.5 gph so I can guess pretty good. If I wanted to fly longer, I might put another small tank above the 10 gallon one.

The 95 hp, 4 Cylinder D-motor is not a prototype. It has been flying in Europe since 2007, and the Florida dealer has two in stock for sale now. It fits the same motor mount as a Jabiru, and is built by the company that builds all the Formula One race car engines in the world.

Cool! The guy at Oshkosh told me that the display engine was the prototype and they weren't available yet.
Happy Flying

...with much less batteries. maybe HKS will be back soon, just gone back to the drawing board. it could be taken as a sign of the best to be prompt when they see something thrice as better holistically speaking. no wonder Doc was flying around in a steam locomotive in back to the future-iii :)
Mark, will be grateful if you could share what the radcam r&d cost roughly in time and money, especially the machinist, as you know helpful experienced folks around. was wondering about 3D printing services on demand these days who have a minimum volume for a component.
Thanks,
Rahul

Hi Gary, whatever happened to the odyssey with the black-white chequered tail, super polished wing with a zanonia flying seed cucumber on the ground, back in march. i still go back to check the completed build picks..
is that a custom radiator, like a one off plate fin heat exchanger with a herringbone design or something?
